Two classes of short stories are found on this website. The first class is of stories that came purely from my own thoughts and ideas. These are grouped into the “Short Stories” category in the side bars.
The second class is called “Prompts.” These are stories that came from monthly assignments in a writing club of which I am a member. I am not the author of the prompts. The purpose of these assignments is to provide examples of how different authors can incorporate the same set of words or ideas into completely different stories.
I provide only one example for each prompt. None are polished stories; all are first draft editions.
